[IRCA] Friday morning TP DX

I'm a bit late getting this report out due to work and other activities, 
but I had pretty good luck this morning (or yesterday morning depending 
on when you read this message).

There were many carriers visible on the radio's display but most were 
only 5-10 db above the noise and not producing audio.   The usual 
suspects were putting in fair to good audio at times.  There were also 
surprisingly good signals from China on 756 and 1476.

Here's the summary for the morning

Good audio, completely understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly
747 Japan weather //774 1301
KFQD-750 atop with ID & CBS news 1300
KBBI-890 presumed with "Democracy Now" pgm at 1300 o/CJDC.  No ID, but 
matches the pgm sked on KBBI's website.  Nothing noted before ToH, so 
may have had issues with audio feed or automation system.

Fair audio, words and phrases understandable by a native
594 Japan talk + pips 1300
756 China, CC talk + CNR theme music 1201
693 Japan JJ talk 1201 & 1240
774 Japan pips then wx by JJ male 1300 in 770 splatter

1476 Chinese talk 1242 & 1301, no pips heard 1300
1575 VOA in SE Asian language 1538
