[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Friday

High static at the start but that eventually went away. LWBC Mongolia on 
both 164 and 209 today, fading in and out, not at the same time. 164 best at 
1226 utc; 209 with martial music then into man with presumed news at 1230 
utc, both signals very poor to poor. LWBC Radio Rossii not so good today, no 
171 heard but the other 5 freqs. 180 doing the best at S3 at times. At end 
of session MW TP was all Down Under. Low band with many hets, audio on 612, 
855, 891, 1116 from 1324-1335 utc. 891 rising to exceptionally strong level 
at 1327 utc, totally capturing the channel and briefly being able to use 
wide AM mode (5AN). 1116 doing almost as well but more domestic splatter. 
All faded by 1335 utc.
