[IRCA] Hurricane DX [was:WXCT 990 Southington, CT]

I don't believe it has any affect on MW other than knocking some stations off the air.  But I have heard that there is good FM tropo DX prior to a big storm.   Not much of an FM DXer myself, I'll defer to others on that subject.
