[IRCA] TP's for August 15, 2011

Much poorer conditions here this morning for TP's reception.  A lot of static from
thunderstorms throughout the band.  No storms here.  

153     Russia, Radio Rossii 1147 fair signal with static.
180     Russia, Radio Rossii 1148 man in Russian.
189     Russia, Radio Rossii 1150 fair signal.
279     Russia, Radio Rossii 1153 very good signal S-9+15 db with man in 
           Russian.

394     Alaska? weather report 1155 very weak signal.
774     Japan, JOUB 1145 weak with Japanese.

Put up a Southwest Ewe antenna today 20' X 50' X 20' in hopes of receiving some DU stations.
