[IRCA] WMFS-680 perhaps on ND day pattern

For those who need WMFS-680 in Memphis, now would be a good time to try for 
'em.  Noted at 2306 ELT almost even with KFEQ-680 with St. Louis Cardinals 
baseball and a mention of ESPN 92.9.  They may have left their 10 kw ND day rig 
on late.
