[IRCA] SS music on 870

Has anyone out there heard Mex Music on 870 while doing a bandscan.Heard on Tuesday early AM dominating that slot but not a solo signal. I don't see such a format listed unless another EE station has gone to SS recently,or maybe it was a real Mex from south of the Rio Grande. Last night I didn't hear it since overall conditions have changed.
