[IRCA] 1590 TT'er??

At 22:15 there is a 1Khz test tone on 1590khz.  Same N/S loop
bearing as last night and a slightly stronger signal.  Last
night I thought it was 1Khz low but tonight there is clearly
modulation +/- 1Khz.
