[IRCA] unID 1450 graveyarder MN>ON

Have two clips of 1450, heard Jan 31 starting at 0813. It's definitely Minnesota. I hear a local reference near the end of clip A, as the weather forecast ends, that sounds to me like "currently in Overlea." There is no Overlea in MN, but there's an Ogilvie (near KNSI St. Cloud) and Albert Lea (KATE). Anyone care to listen?

This is pushing 800 miles or so...
