Thanks to Jim Renfrew for the heads up on this! About an hours' listening on the Perseus to a 4-way Wellbrook K9AY with further phasing by a DXE NCC-1 against a Wellbrook 1m loop produced exactly the same list of single-hoppers. The NCC-1 completed the nulling of WWKB before they left the air about 10:03 pm EST, but this was much easier than usual and I think it a fair bet that Buffalo was running reduced power. I am a major beneficiary (!) of their N-facing lobe on its way to Europe ... Located in Whitby ON, about 80 miles N and W of Jim on the other side of Lake Ontario.

1002   "KRHW" call heard clearly, and CNN affiliation before descent to the gumbo, and about a minute before WWKB switched off. Nothing heard further, although I imagine they remained in the mix.

1012   "WSVX" ID Shelbeyville IN ID heard after a string of what their web-site describes as "Adult Contemporary" toons ; which I expect means non-Disney pop. Heard from 9:45pm, and this was the dominant station on the channel. Matched the web-stream.


1015   "... on the Timberwolves Radio Network" after a string of MN local and semi-local ads. Had to be KOLM in Rochester MN with the big game...

No sign of KOKC (often heard here right on their SS), or anything further W.

2258    1520    KRHW?    ID sounded like "... 98.9 and 1520, The Legend", fits KRHW
