[IRCA] ON > 790 Latin (Venez?), 940 unusual Mexican...

I've got clips I'll post tomorrow, when I get back to Toronto. But I think 
it's Venezuela that's been dominant with information/talk programming on 
790, way over Reloj and NFL football. 940 earlier had Mexican music that 
IDed as "Radio La ???" and was right on channel, unlike Mexico City, which 
has since appeared. I might have an ID on tape, though not nearly as 
dominant as 790.

Cuba Reloj 1020 also in, Rebelde 1620 strong.
