[IRCA] 1130 on the wet coast

A quick scan at 10:00 AM PST today in Victoria BC did not show any spectacular skip except for a bothersome spanish music station with a fairly strong skywave as competition for CKWX 1130 in Van BC. So from the time KPWX Mt. Angel OR. goes to day power until skipping dies out people in the eastern burbs of Vancouver are driving with some spanish background music behind their morning commuting news.Bill in BC
