[IRCA] WASR-1420 DX test not heard

Tried for WASR-1420 DX test, but heard only pest WHK and a mix of non-stop 
Christmas music that might have been them.

But at 0100 EST I caught WRSA St. Albans, VT with ESPN sports talk, "ESPN 
Radio 1420 WRSA Saint Albans" ID for a new logging nonetheless. Guess I've 
been a good boy after all!
