[IRCA] 1300 KAPL Phoenix OR

Heard in Nanaimo BC early afternoons on 1300 a good signal with uninterrupted Christmas or Christian music over coverage edge of KKOL Seattle. Continuous music and not much talk so ID was not available for extended time but Radio Station World site shows KAPL Phoenix OR as the format heard and operating on 20KW/5KW. Signal disappeared at LSS. Bill in BC
