. local WILL, Urbana IL appears to be running full 5KW day power since going
off the air briefly during a T-storm earlier this evening.   Their
kidney-shaped pattern sends 10KW North/South, 5KW east, and .175 KW west at
full-power.  They will be running BBC world service until at least 5:00 AM
CST.  Catch 'em  if you need 'em before they power back down to the normal
nighttime power of 100 watts.
