[IRCA] TP for 20 Nov from Victoria, BC.

Got to have great admiration for Gary burning both ends of the DXing candle; certainly the one end of the candle that I sampled this morning was not going to set the world on fire....started listening before 1500UT, then rather idly DXed for the next half hour or so.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

774 JOUB...a good fade up at 1525UT made up for the grumbling for the previous half hour

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

828 JOBB

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

567 likely JOIK, never at same time as 594
594 JOAK
873 JOGB //828

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

747 JOIB, the best it could manage
756 no idea
972 likely HLCA
1188 Japan? parallels hard to come by today
1242 likely JOLF
1566 HLAZ

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

576, 603, 864, 945

best wishes,

Nick
