[IRCA] TP for 12 Oct from Victoria, BC

A bit like yesterday, with mostly weak DUs; unlike Walt however, I did hear a few Japanese, but not as well as yesterday.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

nope

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

612 4QR at 1406UT but mostly weaker
846 2RN? with woman talking, but not //to weaker 792; best strength at 1340UT tune-in

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

594 JOAK
702 2BL //612
774 mix of presumed 3LO and JOUB at 1342UT
792 mx and talk; 4RN?

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

567 EE inflected talk by woman, not //702, likely NZ?
576 2RN at 1407? Thought it was parallel to 612, though hard to tell at this level.
594 3WV //612 u/JOAK
639 //612, so 5CK or 4MS?
747 JOIB //774 at 1355
837 ??
855 4QB/4QO //702 at 1406UT
972 DU sounding man in murk at 1413?
1008 DU sounding man 1409UT
1386 R, Tarana? mx just after 1400UT
1575 at 1411UT, too weak for any language ID

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

1098

best wishes,

Nick
