[IRCA] Oklahoma TP's 10/11/10

Happy Thanksgiving Day to our Canadian neighbours.

It was another poor morning for reception of TP signals here in northern Oklahoma this morning. Receiver: Tecsun PL-310 with 7.5-inch loopstick. Local sunrise was at 1233 UTC.

558 unID, 1222, weak het, QRM 560 KLZ.
702 unID. 1222, slight het, not heard earlier.
747 unId (JOIB?), 0909, slight het, moderate lightning static, QRM 770 WSB. Het audible through 1027.
774 JOUB, Akita J, 0916, barely audible unintelligible talk, moderate lightning static. Fair at 1018, Basic English lesson, followed at 1030 by woman speaking JJ. Poor at 1213-1220, Basic English lessons. Only het audible at 1228-1234.
828 unID (JOBB?), 1229-1233, het, not heard earlier.

As has been the norm here for the past three decades, JOUB continues to be the most likely to be heard TP signal. Last autumn it was audible every morning in a 60-day period.

Good DX.
