[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle 10-7-10

 Conditions seemed to be down a bit from yesterday.  Koreans were down 
a bunch, Chinese were down a little, and the high powered NHK stations 
were about the same.

It was mainly the usual suspects today:

603    KBS, fair w/KK talk 1355, the // on 558 wasn't heard
648    VoR, good w/inst music 1354
693    JOAB, good-fair, weaker than 747/774 1354

756    CNR1 CC talk fair-good 1358, pips & ID 1400
774    JOUB Good w/EE lessons 1353
918    Woman talking in unid language, weak, probably China 1352
972    Korea, fair 1351
981    CNR1, decent signal, fair audio in CKNW splat 1351
1017    Audio traces, presumed CRI 1350
1035    CNR1, CC talk fair 1350, weak pips 1400
1053    S Korea, jammer fair 1402
1206    Yanbian PBS, fair w/Korean talk 1348
