[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-6

Hello All,

Asiatic propagation was improved from most areas this morning,
especially from China and Korea. There were interesting TP mixes on both 639 and
756 kHz as the CNR1 stations had persistent co-channels, and the 936-China
(presumed Anhui) station was in with strong audio again. The Japanese
strength seemed about normal for October, but the Russians on 549, 576 and 648
didn't seem especially strong. The daily 738-BEL2 funky signal soap opera
continued with a humming noise now added to the raspy audio (one of three
common variations heard recently), and the Chinese on 918 and 927 had decent
audio at times.

The most interesting frequency was 639 kHz, where an Asiatic language
co-channel under CNR1 (not // with 594-JOAK) had been observed here a
couple of times previously. This morning a classical music station (again not
// 594) was mixing it up on 639 with CNR1 around 1358, fading in when CRN1
faded out. Right after a classical music song there was apparent Korean male
speech, in a voice different from that of the CNR1 male announcer.
Unfortunately the 50 kw Korean station on the frequency (HLKC) is listed as the
anchor for the Korean KBS3 network, for which there was no parallel to check
at the time. Another interesting mix was on 756 kHz around 1407, where the
CNR1 synchros had a weak TP co-channel for the first time. It also sounded
Korean, but unfortunately too weak to be sure (the standard KBS1 parallel
on 711 is wiped out by 710-KIRO here). Anyway, it's fun to see mystery TP
stations showing up again, even if they stay that way for a while.

loopstick) inductively coupled to a 9' sided PVC tuned passive loop (in the back
