Listened from 1205-1340 utc.  Another good morning here in Salmon Creek, WA
Lower channels much better than the higher channels.  738 heard with Japanese
again, entered in log book as JO??.  Arm chair copy of JOUB with Child's story
in English.  Started listening about 40 minutes earlier than normal.  Conditions
not that good until after 1300 utc hour.  Signals dropped just before sunrise.

153    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1213 solid S-3 signal with woman in Russian.
189    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1316 very weak with jazz music, // 153.
234    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1214 weak S-1 signal with above program.
279    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1215 nice S-6 signal // 153, 234.
567    JAPAN, JOCR NHK1 1317 weak at best, with woman in Japanese and splatter.
594    JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1218 best signal of the season with woman singing.
603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA  1319 weak with singing.
648    RUSSIA, VOR or VOA 1320 good signal with music and Korean.
657    DPR OF KOREA, 1322 steady weak signal // 3320.  
666    JAPAN, JOBK 1324 weak signal with woman in Japanese. // 594.
693    JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1220 fair signal, but covered in domestic splatter.  ECSS mode needed.
              1334 no ECSS needed now, good signal.
738    JAPAN, JO?? 1226 steady weak signal with music and Japanese talk by man.
774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1205 fair with man in Japanese.  1329 Great signal with English language
              child's story program. Arm chair copy.  
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1237 fair // 774.
846    UNKNOWN, 1337 weak signal in woman in Asian language. 
873    JAPAN, JOIK NHK2 1235 steady fair signal with man in Japanese.  First to be heard before JOBB.
1008   UNKNOWN, 1338 weak audio.
1053   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1314 jammer on top of channel.
1134   JAPAN, JOQR 1305-1313 very weak at times.  Japanese talk heard, covered in domestic splatter.
1278   UNKNOWN, two fluttering carriers heard at 1229, about level 5.  JOFR heard at times on channel.
1422   JAPAN, JORF 1345-1350 in with weak signal at times.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1231 S-9 at times, but with low audio which sounded like Japanese.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1333 weak with Asian talk.
