[IRCA] TP for 9 Sep from Victoria, BC

I now have a somewhat larger corner fed antenna up ("Superloop"), but still just mostly the "regulars"; might have had Taiwan on 1143 however. Overall signal strengths were better during my listening from 1250 to 1305 and from 1325 to 1335UT, but even then, a little preamplification didn't hurt.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

1566 HLAZ

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB
1287 JOHR, JJ talk at 1328UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

594 JOAK
747 JOIB
828 JOBB
972 HLCA
1143 Taiwan? talk was rather murky though fairly strong; will need to listen to the recording

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

873 JOGB //774

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

1053 (still can't drag audio out of this), 1098, 1242, 1475

best wishes,

Nick
