[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-2

Hello All,

The Asiatic results here were pretty close to what Dennis observed, a
little further south. It was far from a stellar morning, but TP audio was there
for those willing to tune around, and having reasonably low expectations
:-)

The following were heard on a C.Crane SWP Slider model (7.5" loopstick)
inductively coupled to a 7.5' sided PVC loop in the back yard:

594- JOAK Tokyo, Japan Fair-good Japanese audio around 1312; strongest
of the NHK stations
657- Pyongyang (N. Korea) Typical buzzing signal with fair male-female
Korean tirade at 1323; first time
heard here this season (didn't miss it)

666- JOBK Osaka, Japan In and out with weak audio around 1315
738- BEL2 Penghu, Taiwan Like yesterday, threshold Chinese audio was
showing up on this frequency
around 1331, coming from the Asiatic
direction.
747- JOIB Sapporo, Japan Another NHK "big gun" that sounded pretty small
this morning
1053- ??? Like Nick, I heard something here with threshold audio,
above the noise level (like yesterday)
1134- JOQR Tokyo, Japan In and out with weak Japanese audio, less
impressive than yesterday
1566- HLAZ Jeju, S. Korea Fair Japanese audio during religious program
around 1328; the best
                                 performer on this forgettable morning

1575- VOA Ban Rassom, Thailand Signals from this took a dive after 1300.
Around 1258 there was fair
audio from a YL in Asiatic language, but
it didn't last very long.

For those ULR-DXers waiting for strong Asiatic signals to chase for their
first TP, this would not have been a breakthrough morning!

73 and Good DX,
Gary DeBock
