[IRCA] Alberta DU for 29 Aug 2010

   I would defintely concur with Steve, as a fine DU morning noted here 
also.  Listened from 1155 to 1235.
Heard audio from the following (all Australia except 738):

594 3WV Horsham 1229 - Aussie-accented man interviewing another, in 
English.
612 4QR  Brisbane  1231 - Very weak, with man interviewing another, but 
was able to parallel stronger 594 khz.
702 2BL Sydney  1231 - Interview by a man, // 594 khz
738 FRENCH POLYNESIA, RFO, 1234 - Woman interviewing a man in French.  
Suprisingly, given good Australian condiions, no sign of Grafton.
819 2BA Bega  1224 - Man speaking in English, //828 and 855
828 3GI Sale 1221 - Man interviewing a woman.
846 2RN Canberra  1223 - Just up for a minute or so with instrumental 
music.  Better at 1233 with Aussie-accented man describing next music 
selection. (which matched the playlist on the Radio National web site).
855  4QB/4QO,  Qld 1223 - Man speaking in English with Aussie accent, // 
828 khz.
873  unID 1231 - Up for a minute or so in English with man phoning in on 
talk program.  Likely 2GB Sydney
891 5AN Adelaide 1230 - ABC news theme, into news by a woman.
1107 2EA Sydney 1218 - Woman speaking, but not in English.  Tentatively 
2EA.
1116 4BC Brisbane 1158 - Man giving website addresses, then pips and 
into news.
1314 unID 1234 - Up briefly with light pop song from the 70's.  
Intriguing, as I've never logged a DU station on 1314.
1548 4QD Emerald , Aug 29 1232 - Weak, but was able to parallel 
interview with 594 khz.

Several others in the "almost audio" category.   A most interesting morning.
