[IRCA] Sounds Like CP For WHGT 1590 Is Testing

For the past week or so I've been hearing an off/on rather 
strong signal here in Harrisburg Pennsylvania on 1590 with 
old-time gospel music.  It's probably the CP for WHGT 
Maugansville Maryland but haven't been able to get an ID.

Also, the Family Radio translator on 101.7 has been back on 
the air for a week or two.  Seems to me that it had been off 
for at least a year and a half or longer.
