Listened from 1230-1318 utc.  1287 JOHR heard first time this season. Station faded
about 20 minutes before local sunrise.  

153   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1230 fair signal with woman singing "I Love Paris in the 
      Springtime" in English.
180   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1239 weak with woman in Russian.
189   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1241 fair with man in Russian.
234   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1241 very weak.
279   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1251 fair, heard 10 minutes latter than other Radio Rossi
      stations.
657   Level 5 carrier at 1305.
774   JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1243 weak to fair with "Radio English Conversation".
      1245 new show started.  Some splatter from domestic stations.
828   JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1247 fair // 774.
1053  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1248 jammer on top of channel with fair signal.
1287  JAPAN, JOHR NHK1 1253 very weak with woman in Japanese.
1323  CHINA, 1254 assumed the station with just above threshold signal.
1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1257 weak with man in Chinese?
