Re: [IRCA] [NRC-AM] 690 French Saskatchewan



El Paso is quite a haul to Toronto. However, here in IL I noticed a huge improvement in El Paso about 3 or 4 years ago on 690. They went from rare DX to a near pest. I suspect a facility improvement or the pattern is out of whack?
