[IRCA] more west coast TA

There was also something on 783 that was still around at 0615UT, only visible with Spectran,  but unlike earlier loggings, seemed to be about 783.0015 kHz; is Mauritania drifting, or did I miscalculate?

Other mystery carriers before 0530UT, one that was a barely audible het on 935.993 with some smearing, and another only visible with Spectran on 773.9848    Neither are on the MWoffset list, so, any suggestions, especially from those that might have a Perseus recording or two that they could check offsets?  Both frequencies have transmitters in Agadir, Morocco, which is a broad hint.
