[IRCA] New DX Tip for WDXR

1240    KBLL   MT, Helena, heard at 0559.50 EDT 4/17 with spot for
Casino and then "The New Talk 12-40 KBLL-Helena". New. Strange, I cannot
find a record of ever logging this one. At least I don't have it QSL'd,
if I ever logged it. Another one that fell through the cracks? Anyway,
if I ever logged it in the past, it has been many many years ago, like
back in the 60s or 70s.  I am pleased with this. My first new one since
reterminated the beverage. (PM-OR)
