15 minutes before sunrise here.  

279   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1304 faint signal.
774   JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2 1306 weak with man in Japanese. 1321 fair
      with English Conversation lessons. 
828   JAPAN, JOBB NHK 2 1321 very weak with Japanese.
1334  UNKNOWN, 1318 very weak audio, even  // 4460 weak.
1422  JAPAN, JORF 1315-1317 weak to fair, woman in Japanese and
      music.
1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1312-1313 fair to good with woman in 
      Japanese.
