[IRCA] TP for 6 Apr from Victoria, BC

An easy description of conditions this morning....virtually dead.   A touch of audio on 738 around 1300UT was likely Tahiti, and 1098 had a fair carrier; looks as if 612 and 1475 popped up at some point from looking at my data recording, but not at any great strength.
