All DXers are officially notified that the Federalist Communications order APFL2010 is now in effect.  The Idaho DX Council will be administering the testing process for the DX Listeners License Permit. A passing score of 99 is required to obtain the permit.
 
Those DXers who hold a Tech Plus or higher amateur license are exempt. As a special program to support the National DXer Dachshund humane society, any DXer who has one or more Dachshunds are also exempt.
 
Contact our nearest IDXC representative for further instructions.
