Listened from 1322-1404 utc.  A big drop in conditions here.
No Chinese stations heard this morning.  Only the powerhouse
Japanese stations heard.  No Radio Rossii on 279, but 153 & 234
heard at very weak levels.

153   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1333 very weak with Russian talk.
234   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1334 very weak with Russian talk.
594   JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1325 weak with woman in Japanese.
693   JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1326 weak with English Conversation lessons.
774   JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1322 good with English Conversation lessons.
828   JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1327 fair with English Conversation lessons.
             Good at 1337.
1503  JAPAN, JOUK 1338 very weak with Japanese talk.
1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1331 good with woman in Japanese.
             1345 Antenna pattern changed to Chinese dropped signal 
             to very weak.
