[IRCA] TP for 9 Mar from Victoria, BC

Another mostly "normal" morning here, though less strength than yesterday. Not
too much listening time, 1425-1440UT, and might have started listening just as
things began to fade. Earlier tomorrow, I guess.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

594 JOAK
774 JOUB

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

639 CNR-1 //4460
747 JOIB
828 JOBB
1566 HLAZ

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

567 JOIK, //594
972 HLCA
1188 //594 at 1432, so JOKP
1503 JOUK //594
1575 likely VoA

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

873 seemed //774, so JOGB
1134, too much 1130 splatter to make much out
1179 JOOR??
1287 presumed JOHR
1314 JOUF?
1476 woman talking seemed //774 at 1439UT; hard to hear the low band parallels
by now, so I'll have to call it tentative....1 kw JOSD most likely, and I
wouldn't call that very likely even on the coast...

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

1098, 1377

best wishes,

Nick
