[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 1-22-10

Listened from 1345-1430 ut and weak carriers on 279, 558, 594 and than I went by 660 and KTNN was very weak may be due to the big rain/snow storm in Arizona.  Well I could hear a very weak news station under KTNN and at 1412 ut I heard a traffic report than weather.  At 1420 ut they had a short story about the 1 meter of snow in Flagstaff than talk about Calgary.  So I heard CFFR which is new.
