[IRCA] Early TAs (corrected)
Correction - these times are 1540 EST, not 1640 EST. Marc DeLorenzo
contacted me from the future to point out my error. I'm a bit lightheaded
with the halo finally haviing come off yesterday, and perhaps a little more
future-oriented than usual. In any event, Absolute is in early. Could be
Kaliningrad I suppose, but I heard music before the top of the hour. Jim
