[IRCA] KTRP 1130 testing with tone this morning

Tuned in 1130 and found KTRP testing with its tone.  S9+40db at 10:30 AM PST.
CKWX 1130 Vancouver, BC heard under the tone and some splatter from KXMG 1150
Bustos Media station thats about 5 miles as the crow flies from here.
