Listened from 0809-0818 utc.  Chance that some Japanese powerhouse stations making to
the Midwest or East Coast?  

153    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0809 weak with woman in Russian.
180    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0810 fair with woman in Russian.
279    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0811 good with man/woman in Russian along
               with music. Woman with "Radio Rossii" ID at 0812.
774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 0813 fair signal.  Sounds like Italian that PALS 
              has listed during 0800 hour.  Good at 0814 with a little splatter.
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 0815 fair at best, same program as above.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ assuming the station with good signal and low audio
                          with woman in Asian language.
