[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 16 Dec 2009

A shorter list with audio today, and those I did hear were generally 
weaker than yesterday, and faded out sooner, with the action done before 
sunrise:


774 Japan - a bit more audio than yesterday, but not much
972 Weakish signal, but it didn't sound Korean, so likely Urdu from 
Tajikistan again.
1026 Russia
1134 China CNR1, best TP signal this am
1170 KJNP doing well again (but for some reason it's the only Alaskan 
making it)
1422 China - CRI in Urdu
1521 China - CRI in Russian
1539 UAE - VOA in Urdu
1548 Kuwait - Radio Sawa
1566 unID - just the faintest trace of audio @1448
1575 UAE - Radio Farda
