1240 XEWG CHIH, Cd. Juarez, Nov. 2, 2009, 0358 UTC, Spanish, two "Cambio
12-40" slogans by kid back-to-back, short ranchera/pop vocal then full ID by
same kid. First XE GY logged at this QTH! Also, there is a carrier on
1240.21(a) which is probably coming from TX based on observations the past
few nights.
