[IRCA] 1040 Vancouver
Does anyone out there know what the final operation plan is at CKST 1040? Sometimes they're strong here in Vic.like last night,and tonight they're not.It looks like the testing is still on there.I'm interested in this one for listening purposes this winter to catch Canucks Hockey games instead of tuning into a less reliable 1070 relay here in Victoria,and I'm sick of the same old local ads on C-FAX.Bill in BC
