Listened from 1207-1350 utc. A lot of stations with
weak audio this morning.  JOUB with good signal earlier,
but the band never really followed.  

153   RUSSIA, 1207 good with man in Russian.
189   RUSSIA, 1210 good with man in Russian.
234   RUSSIA, 1212 weak with music.
279   RUSSIA, 1213 weak with music.
594   JAPAN, JOAK 1217 weak.
639   CHINA, CRN1 1336 very weak. Seemed to match //5030.
657   DPR KOREA 1330 fair and equal to //3250 in signal strength.
666   JAPAN, JOBK 1338 very weak.
693   JAPAN, JOAB 1222 fair for a few seconds with woman in Japanese.
774   JAPAN, JOUB 1226 good with woman/man in Japanese. Signal strong
      enough to be heard in 6 hz selectivity mode. 1320 good Conversation
      English program.
828   JAPAN, JOBB 1231 weak.
1134  CHINA, CRN1 1323 weak.
1134  JAPAN, JOQR 1325 weak mixing with CRN1.
1143  JAPAN? JOBR? 1343 just threshold audio.
1287  JAPAN, JOHR 1348 very weak.
1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1246 fair with religious organ music and singing.
1575  THAILAND, VOA 1247 weak.
