Listened from 1155-1352 utc.  Conditions down a little from
yesterday morning here.  A lot of splatter this morning from
domestic stations.  Many stations close to audio, but splatter
wipe them out.  

153     RUSSIA, 1156 fair with man in Russian.
180     RUSSIA, 1235 weak on second scan of band.
189     RUSSIA, 1159 good with Radio Rossii ID and
        pips at 1200.
234     RUSSIA, 1235 fair.
279     RUSSIA, 1202 very weak.
567     JAPAN, JOIK 1342 very weak.
594     JAPAN, JOAK 1313 weak with man in Japanese.
657     DPR KOREA 1304 weak with heavy splatter from 660 kHz.
666     JAPAN, JOBK 1253 very weak.
675     VIETNAM? 1318 very weak audio with woman's voice.
693     JAPAN, JOAB 1323 weak.1345 fair.
747     JAPAN, JOIB 1208 weak with heavy splatter from KXL.
774     JAPAN, JOUB 1209 fair with two men in Japanese.
828     JAPAN, JOBB 1213 fair with same program above.
1053    KOREA's 1218 weak audio.
1134    CHINA, CRN1 1230 fair with heavy domestic splatter, // 5030.
1143    JAPAN,? JOBR 1333 weak at times, heavy splatter.
1287    JAPAN,? JOHR 1338 very weak with a lot of splatter.
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1230 fair with low audio.
1575    THAILAND, VOA 1232 very weak.
