[IRCA] TP DX this morning

I continue to have problems with the Spectravue version 3 software that 
runs the SDR-IQ receiver.  This morning I set it up to record 190 kHz 
segments centered on 1500 700 1100 and 900, 15-30 mins at a time in that 
other from 1155 to 1300+.  What I got was one corrupted file, a couple 
of good files for 1500, one of which was for the time period I chose  
for 700, and nothing for the other times.  The problems don't seem to be 
from operator error.

The recordings I did get were consistent with what others reported: 
carriers on 1566 and 1575 maybe with a little audio at times but nothing 
else.

We'll see what happens tomorrow.
