[IRCA] TP for 15 Apr from Victoria, BC
another run from 1245 to 1300UT this morning, and still pretty quiet; however,
one brief and weak appearance from China (last of the season?).
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):

reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or
noise):

Burbles in the splatter and noise:
189 R. Rossii presumably; 153, 180 and 279 were darn near imaginary in comparison

639 seemed //5030 w/two women talking, so CNR-1; nice surprise
702 DU direction also, so likely 2BL

1575 likely VoA
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
