[IRCA] 1700 WJCC status
While in the Bahamas in February, I heard a legal ID from WJCC that included the Miami Springs QTH. Programming was Haitian French, and pretty consistent whenever I happened to tune in.
As an aside, it did occur to me that this could be confusing for DXers given there is two pirates from the Brockton-Boston area on 1700 with similar programming. Glad I got the pirate that is there a good while ago.
