KRPI's change is described on the FCC site as "MINOR CHANGE TO A LICENSED FACILITY ", Bill.....if moving the antenna to Point Roberts on the Canadian border and upping nighttime power from 10 to 50 kw is minor, Lord help us if they ever ask for a major change. Heck, they might as well have asked for moving the site into metro Vancouver, BC.
....but it would possibly mean less interference to us in Victoria...though perhaps not to the point of hearing 4QD-1548 regularly again.
