[IRCA] WHYL-960 DX Test Heard
WHYL-960, Carlisle, PA DX test heard without too much difficulty, underneath WERC, from midnight Eastern to 0020 EDT tune-out. Disco and schlocky 70's stuff, CW IDs and sweep tones, excited male announcer.
