[IRCA] TP for 27 Feb from Victoria, BC

Didn't have much time to listen this morning (briefly at 1420-25 and again at 1500UT), but it seemed once again that the big guns were down in level , yet some of the second string stations were showing erratic signs of life.  1323, presumed CRI, hasn't been heard for awhile for example. There were also signs of DUs.

pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):

reasonable audio  at  times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise):

828 JOBB 


not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 

594 JOAK 
612 EE talk, so likely 4QR
972 HLCA

Burbles in the splatter and noise:

576 DU in direction
747 JOIB 
1134
1287 likely JOHR
1323 woman w/RR inflected talk; likely CRI
1512 mx; seemed DU?
1575 likely VoA 

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):  603, 639 (quite strong, as if it wasn't modulated at all), 1314, 1566 at 1500UT, not before.
