[IRCA] not much TP for 18 Jan from Victoria, BC
started listening around 1500, on and off for the next 45 minutes. Mildly better than the last few days, but not worth getting out of bed for!
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):
none
reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise):
none
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:
774 JOUB JJ inflection talk at 1514UT and seemed //828 (so, didn't sign off at 1500?)
Burbles in the splatter and noise:
828 JOBB seemed //774
972 HLCA likely at 1521UT
1575 likely Thailand at 1522
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 1566
