Listened from 1436-1525 utc.  Two Japanese stations
and a weak Russian.

648        RUSSIA, VoR 1436 very weak with Korean.
774        JAPAN, JOUB 1439 good with man in Japanese and English
              conversation lessons.
828       JAPAN, JOBB 1441 almost as good as JOUB with same program.
